Leading the 54-hole leader Taylor Pendrith is paired with Ben Kohles and Jake Knapp for the CJ Cup Byron Nelson final round in 2024. From the opening hole, the three will be the final group to tee off. Their final round is scheduled to start at 11:00 am ET on Sunday, May 5.
After 54 holes at the TPC Craig Ranch on Saturday, May 4, Pendrith shot a low 8-under 63 to capture the lead by one stroke. His stellar round included two consecutive eagles on holes five and six in addition to four birdies.
During the post-round interview, Penderith discussed what this week’s breakthroughs meant to him. He declared:
Pendrith leads Jake Knapp by one stroke with an aggregate of 19-under going into the last round. Although Knapp shot a 4-under 67 on Saturday, Pendrith’s outstanding day caused him to lose the lead.
